All of our Merchmaker products are made-to-order, verified, and completely personalized for you and you only. No one else will be able to recreate any Merch with your NFTs.
We provide size chart and more detailed product info in the Our Merch page for each type of Merch.
Since the Merch we print will only be available to you alone, we cannot accept cancellations once the Merch are in production phase. Please reach out to us immediately if you need any alteration for your orders and we will try to sort it out for you the best we can.
We hope you will never need this information but hey, thing can still go wrong sometimes, and we will do what we can to make it right.
To return a Merchmaker product:
If the product itself is defective,
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
You man choose between having your Merch exchange for a new one or convert to store credit.
If the product itself is not defective
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body type and styles.
We cannot accept returns for the purchase of incorrect sizes once the garments are custom printed.

As you may already know, NFTs are often subjected to their respective copyrights and commercial rights laws. We are not responsible for verifying the copyrights or commercial rights for your NFTs. Please ONLY print NFTs that have granted it’s holders the respective rights for the intended purpose. By using our service you consent to the use of the respective rights for us to provide the customization service.
If you are not sure about the terms of the legal rights regarding any NFTs in your collection, please contact the respective project or creator, or look for any documentations provided by the original creator.
Merchmaker is a service to enable anyone to easily print verified Merch of the NFTs they own, we are not selling physical products derived from any NFTs, unless it is an official partnership collection.
